A curry or curry is a generic term for a wide variety of spicy preparations. It is mainly found in Indian and Pakistani cuisines or influenced by them (Reunion cuisine, for example) or in Southeast Asia (Thai cuisine).
Depending on its composition, a curry can be very mild or very spicy, and it is generally very fragrant. It comes in powder form and is usually yellow or orange in color. Dishes obtained by using this mixture of spices are also called curry.
Our company offer a Tunisian made curry mixed with starred Anais. A special product never offered by another supplier. Bringing all the benefits of a wide range of rich spices having antioxidant elements from the mediterranean kitchen that have also revitalization effects.
Our curry contains these spices :
- coriander seeds
- cumin seeds
- mustard seeds
- turmeric from which it derives its yellow-orange color
- hot pepper
- green and / or black cardamom
- cloves, often roasted to enhance the aroma
- fennel seeds
- curry leaves (kaloupilé)
- kaffir lime leaves
- dried red peppers
Adding to all these healthy elements, we added starred anise grains to our curry. This very strong element has lot benefits for human body.

- Gallic acid
Together, these compounds may contribute to the antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial properties of star anise.
Some animal and test-tube research indicates that the antioxidant capacity of this spice may even possess anti-cancer properties, such as reducing tumor size.
